One of the wonderful things about Winterlicious is that it allows you to be introduced to restaurants that you a) normally wouldn’t go to, or b) didn’t even know were there. The latter was the case in my visit to Prime Steakhouse at the Windsor Arms for lunch last Wednesday. To be honest, I’m not really sure how I missed out on the Prime memo, considering that I live down the street and was even at the Windsor Arms for tea a few weeks ago.
